Beginner Yoga is suitable for most adults of any age or physical condition and children ages 10 yrs & Up. Because of the nature of my approach to exercise, even those with physical limitations can find a beneficial routine of Yoga.
Items to bring: Yoga mat, Water bottle, bug spray, towel, blocks/bolsters
FW Pool will spray the grass area on a regular basis (the same as they do for the grass around the pool, but its strongly suggested you bring your own bug spray too)
